Just to warn escorts working in Galway that the Garda are actively making appointments with girls in order to raid their premises and confiscate cash, moblie phones and in some cases even examine passports.

Two escorts were raided this evening in Galway by four Garda, losing their moblie phones and having their details taken ........... luckily there were no clients present and no arrests were made. It seems to be more of a shut-down operation as opposed to seeking actual convictions.

i was 1 off the many girls who got raided tuesday night and i mean a lot got raided and again last night the police rang saying u still working in ........ address i was working
so im leaving galway , no point staying here at all

they ring as client u look out peep hole u c 1 but 2 there then when in they ring 2 others so in total 4 arrive they ask loads off questions take ur passport details all ur phones check whole place and c wats there

i heard the same from an escort working there with 2 other girls - same M/O - they ring as a punter and arrive with 2/3 others and search the place looking for mobiles / laptops / drugs / cash etc!!

anything connected with the escort trade is confiscated and passports checked for proper ID and work permits/visas.

no arrests made either but warnings given - like every popular event where there are crowds with money, certain groups of people turn up to help these people empty their wallets faster than the bookies or publicans can!!

between pick pockets and drug pushers, the garda units deployed to keep an eye on these are pushed to their limits but now they have another group in their sights which is a lot easier to deal with - unfortunitely girls you are their latest targets!!!!

at this stage the races are nearly over so save yourself anymore hassle and call it a day - the worse thing that can happen is that some young hotshot garda WILL make an arrest to prove a point and it'll make it onto the papers and then your well and truely f*cked!!!
