I wonder has anyone else been following this case:

In light of recent exposes of independent escorts, it caught my attention.

Does it suggest the UK courts at least view escorts / clients are entitled to privacy?

Err, no... The News of the World alleged he had a Nazi themed domination session, but they couldn't prove that in court, they could only prove he engaged in S&M with some dominatrixes which is hardly the same thing. I think that is a very critical point here.

Agreed, I'm sure £60K is nothing in respect of the damages done to him, but he has stood up up to the press and a judge has agreed with him that the News of the World had no right to invade his privacy the way they did. That's what interests me here.
