I've just removed the names from your post Brenda, just for the ladies' privacy.

Nothing gained, nothing lost!!!!!
Maturesasha, I think you are scaremongering a bit here.

It is not a crime for a man to visit an escort. Even with these girls are being considered a brothel, the men visiting are still not comitting any crime.

Not to mention this case is over it seems.

The only risk to men visiting "brothels" is that, if they are there at the time of a raid, their details could be taken and they could be asked to be witnesses in an upcoming court case if required (which is very uncommon). In this case, the case is over, so clearly the guards don't need such witnesses.

So, even if police did have CCTV of them or their "pen names", why on God's earth would they even try to identify them, let alone knock on there doors?

Sorry Patricia I dont agree. If anything should happen an escort girl as in raped or killed (which does happen) the garda will have a file on men who use such services and they could possibly be questioned. I really dont believe the garda discard any information that comes their way.

I don't personally think the garda are very concerned about building intelligence on escort service customers so in the event of a rape or murder of an escort they could question those people. I've no doubt they could do this on an occassion, but I don't think it is done routinely. However, you are of course entitled to your opinion as I am mine. Pat x
