This was sent to an email address of mine
waring to anyone who get the same mail it false

"I can confirm do not have anything discribed below"

    Dear uptoyou,

We have been asked to post the below message by an escort who has contracted Gonorrhea. She is almost certain it was on her recent Galway tour but it's impossible to know which client.

We would encourage all clients who have not been tested in the past few weeks to go see their doctor/clinic within the next week for peace of mind.

A text message will be sent to all clients she saw with the following message:

"What time is the match on?"

For more information on Gonorrhea please see:

Gonorrhea - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    Message from her friend:
    ==========================================
To all girls visiting Galway. I just had a phone call from one of the
girls who is working and she had received gonorrhoea in
Galway from one of her clients. She have no idea who it
could be from as the guy was having no symptoms and have not contacted
    us yet.

She knows coz she is taking test each month and she is sure it was in
    Galway that she received it.

I got the same email even tough I rarely visit the other Orange site, but i had a look and I can accept emails from admins and as such I must be on a mailing list.
If you had looked KILLESTERMAN you would have seen the email was sent by Jake@ (orange-site) .com

The Signs & Symptoms of Gonorrhoea in Men and Women

This site explains how Gonorrhoea can be caught.

Unless you are stupid enough to have sex without a condon, which I assume nobody is, the only possible ways I can see are by unprotected oral sex / rimming or fingering then licking your fingers or sharing sex toys.

To be honest, if you engage in unprotected oral sex etc, I think it is a good idea to get a regular sexual health check anyway. And, if you don't ever want to worry about things like this, don't do oral etc unprotected!

Thankfully it is not often we have an STD story like this, but everyone should educate themselves about safe sex so they are fully aware of all the possible risks. Condom Essential Wear | Safe Sex | Sexual Health Information & Advice is a UK government website and I find it one of the best out there for sensible advice on this subject.
