Simon has never actually been convicted of 1st degree murder- Just because some people thought he should have been does NOT make him guilty.

He no longer practices Badger baiting ( a bit of beaver baiting every now and then - Yes)

He is very good with guns and knives and never ever ever sells heroin to under 14's (apart from that one unfortunate occassion when he was caught out by an astonishlingly mature 9 yr old)
