Quick list for Outlook

Dear Pat,

I was wondering whether it would be possible to have a link to a downloadable, PDA-compatible quick list that can be run with Outlook for Windows Mobile 5.0 or 6.0, or with other programs like Palm etc.
It would be useful to have phone numbers at hand when it is not possible to avail of a PC.
