    Question Fair & honest

I thought the documentary was fair & honest, yes it did raise the issue of trafficking women which we all should agree should be highlighted.

It also highlighted the crooks from the agencies ( which we agree on ) that the women employed by them dont have a say on whom is sent to them

Karen Coleman was fair in saying that some of the women escort independantly under their own free will, however it has to be said that for some women due to thier circimstances choose this as their final option

It also highlighted the issue of agencies and that their are criminal gangs behind some of them.... so we can choose do we use independants or agencies as 50% of the money goes to the agency at least the independants retain all their money... the choice is ours

Thanks to a clever member of this forum.

I don't think you were in it, if that is what you are worried about?

This programme was nothing we havent seen before. It was cheap and extremely easy to do, no awards for real investigative journalism here. How one major site was so prominent with the other major "player" escaping scot free quanitifies the argument of how easy and lazy it was.

It was TV3 after all who are not really known for quality in any real area to be fair. Will it reduce the level of business being transacted will it reduce the demand for escort services?
The answer to that is no, so what was its purpose? Was it to create shock television and attempt to take on Rte s Prime Time investigates? It wouldnt have a hope.
