High, well here are my questions, even the one answered from anyone would be appreciated. I can only hazzard a guess myself as to why they may not answer a landline with several possible reasons:
1. Gardai calling makes it easier to record the conversation while on a landline.
2. Just because you have a local number it doesn't actually mean you are local, I have 2 London numbers and if I call you on these you would think I'm calling from there but actually I'm in Meath so I'm sure the reverse is true.
3. Cold calls usually from landlines so I wouldn't answer them either if I had a choice.
4. Most escorts note the number you call from incase they need to contact you and this would be very risky for both sides if it was a landline, what if the person calling was not the person that answers, at least most people don't share their mobile so that would not be an issue.

Thats about all I can think of and I'm sure some of them have merrit but as to the final reason i'm as deluded as you

1.Also about the landlines, this is to stop timewasters(weirdos) from calling from phoneboxes and other public phones. And also landlines can have caller IDs, so if the number got into the wrong hands it could have implications for the escort.

I was thinking about that before that escorts who work from appartments are at risk from stalkers. Hotels are alot safer as you can change around from time to time. But when your working from your home it's a different story.

I'm sure they do. But I would say the majority of escorts would take at least Sunday off. Surely they need some time off. I noticed during champions league final week and the end of the scottish season(the same week) that escorts were saying things were quiet at that time. Will it be the same during Euro 2008 maybe on the escorts side this time as none of the home nations are there. I must say you've put alot of thought into this post.

Some of these issues are close to the bone for me Highway, but I don’t think I’m going to get any more answer’s in my time here, but much thanks to those that did
