If i am completely on my own,and if client says hello first,i would.
If i am with someone,i expect client not to say hello to me,as what s happening in my bedroom,stays in my bedroom.
So,basically 'outside' we are just a strangers. Why would i say hello to a stranger???...Unless it s extremely sexy one.
I m still lurking sometimes ;-)

I think this has been done already and the consensus from both sides was a resounding "Hell no"...
