I have a friend who is an escort in d4. The police have called on her. They were looking for a couple of guys who roughed up a girl in the area. Even though my friend was clearly working with another girl, the police had no issue with her.
In my experience, police are only interested in the scene if there is any hint of violence against the girls, there is nuisance being caused to neighbours or if there are pimps/drugs/gangs involved. I have no concerns about the police when visiting an escort in Dublin.
