That may be so but could the guards not use this as further evidence to show that one had form with escorts so to speak- could be the icing on the cake for the prosecution!

I couldn't see it being allowed, how could it, it's not illegal. A bit of paranoia is starting to set in, not as if in the unfortunate event you were summonsed the trial would be anything other than that of a speeding fine..

I like where the paranoia is going, into John Grisham territory.
I am thinking big blockbusting court case to prove a punters whereabouts on a night in question.
The best defence lawyer in all of Ireland would be hired and he would set about picking a jury consisting mostly of men, and all of a randy disposition who look like they would happily fork out for a passionate encounter with an escort.
We would then pick apart the prosecutions case based on the testimony of our key witness, Erin Brockovich, who looks like Julia Roberts, who of course played an escort in Pretty Woman, and who herself has won many legal battles.
