Why do some escorts advertise them selves younger than they are ?.
I have just read a review in regard to a Belfast mature escort. The escort claims to be 40, the reviewer states more like 60. I met this escort last year, I believe she is around early 50s.
I am not ageist, it is just that pictures more often or not have some degree of 'blurriness' or some air brushing. So then when you go to meet the escort, you may be dissappointed.
Again, I am not being ageist, just looking for some honesty about appearance. That is the main reason why we decide to proceed with an appointment or not.

Maybe some feel if they say their actual age people will not be interested. Yes if there is a difference of ten years it's very mis-leading.

I remember reading a review on a girl who was just in Belfast, the man stated he was slightly disappointed to see the escort was actually only 20 (even though her age was stated as 20 in her ad)...i found that mentality quite interesting, he was clearly expecting that she was lying about her age. It has never happened to me but im sure it must go on in certain cases, i think u will find the top escorts have no need to lie about their age though

Is that not the reason we decide to see an escort ?
I agree, a couple of years is OK. However, the picture quality for some escort advertisers is abyssmal - I guess the camera pixel count must be in the hundreds as opposed to todays 12 megapixel cameras.
I am trying to say that i want to be able to see what I am getting into and make a valid, educated decision wether to book an escort or not.

I usually add a few years to the stated age on the ladies profile.
I have never been disapointed by the results, although I have been alarmed where the stated age was real.
I am in my late 40's and never feel comfortable with a lady who is a similar age to my daughter.

Do I worry that an escort takes a few years off? No.
At least I know I will be comfortable to be in her company.

This isn't unique to escorts. People do it all the time! Women probably more then men. Again there are beliefs that are hard to overcome in our society today. Beauty is very much equated to youth.

So in an industry where beauty is paramount, I can understand why the stated age may not be the lady's real age.

I'm not condoning or condemning. I must say that as a result, I always expect that a few years have been taken off, when I'm reading a lady's profile. I would be upset however, if the mileage was rolled back more than 10 years! (As thats probably too misleading in my book).

And I won't pretend that age doesn't matter. One of the things I look at when choosing an escort is her stated age. So I guess this cuts both ways.

There is a well known unwritten rule to determine if your younger partner is age appropriate.

Take your age, halve it and add 7.

If your partner is younger than that, fair play to you.

I think that's the spirit of the rule anyway!

Age is a tricky one, many very good and well known escorts who are beyond reproach tweak their age (I know who you are naughty naughty ) they only work within a small age range, its nothing major but one or two have revised age downwards but a few have revised it upwards lately which is a good sign, some have been the same age for a few years now but again I say they are faultless in every other aspect so not fair to name them.

Then you have the complete jokes, 21 on week and 45 the next, these are always accompanied by more serious issues.

I did advertised as 27 years till last Dec and not one say i,m more than 27 and when i decid advertise as my real age
with my real age i get more work...
90% of escort advertise as younger because the must lie so the other not want advertise real age because if i advertise 32 maybe some guys not make appointments with me because they think if i advertise as 32 maybe i older...
