Thread: Log in Help !!!

    Exclamation Log in Help !!!

    I am trying to log in with my usual username "Sensual Delights" and I get the message that my passoword is wrong and I had too many attempts to log in, I need to wait 15 minutes. It is the first time I was trying to log in. I did the same with my older username "Karin Kiss" and I get the same message.

    I just created a new account, I am using it to post this help request. Does anybody know what has happen and why I cannot access my information? I need my old IDs back, at least the "Sensual Delights" one. I can see some people are online already, so obviously they didn't have the same problems.

    Any help from EI tech guys is appreciated.

    It seems to be working now, maybe when I tried to log in before the site was again malfunctioning.

    Hey Karin. Sorry to hear about your difficulty hun.

    For what its worth I am always logged on to E-I so maybe that is why I didnt have any problems.

    Sorry I couldnt be more help, not a tech head unfortunately

    We have had a couple of people with the same problem. Again, we are really sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully things will be restored as soon as possible.

    The same thing is happening to me and I presume a few other people. Hopefully it will all go back to normal soon enough
