Of course you can ask your money back, nothing is written in stone here, granted doesnt happen often but will happen when you travel around but reason they do it is because guys are not willing to stand up for themselves and let them get away with it, several times in england i have refused to leave the premises until i got a partial or full refund, its wasnt really about the money but the principle of the matter about being ripped off, maybe now they will think twice about doing it to someone else and may offer a better service next time but i doubt it
