This is an interesting one, because a reverse image search just brings up results for other Escorts with different names Ema, Lora to name a few in different locations. It still could be the same girl going under different names in different countries, I'm pretty sure most girls do this. So its my guess the girl in the picture is actually an Escort, but weather she will be the girl that answers the door, that's another question.
