Extras
I've a cleaning lady comes in to er, well - clean really. She's been around a while and has her set routine down.
I got fed up ironing my own shirts so I asked her to do them. She basically said that was extra and would cost me. Which is fair enough I suppose ...
But then later the thought struck me that I seem to remember she had ironing listed as one of her favourites when I hired her. And now when you put her on the spot she tells you it's extra ??? I mean, WTF ???!
Note to all concerned :: if a particular service is an extra then say that on your ad. Because if you list it as a favourite then we think it's included in the rate.
