putting it down in perspective though, ireland and most of western europe (including Germany and the netherlands (amsterdam)!) are classed as the same (restricted) which shows you how not very good the map is of giving you the true conditions in the countries on the map
ie, without digging further you would think conditions were the same in germany and amsterdam as the rest of europe. its just a guide.
