A lot of the time the smell is in your head literally, constant exposure can linger in your sinuses giving you the impression you smell but you actually don't.

Tried everything & nothing worked,but recently tried stuff called Benadryl. Seems to be working so far, but only taking it for about a week.

Didn't work for me. Think it depends on whats in the formula but Zirtek & Clarityn work for 2 guys I work with, yet Benadryl doesn't. Different stuff seems to work for different people, but as long as it works!
Good thing is Tesco have them all on but one get one free, so i'm stocking up
