Right click on the picture and left click on copy image URL. Something along those lines. Then to add it to a thread/post, click on the insert image icon just above the text boxBtw... I'm also useless with technology so don't take my words as gospel!

Step 1 - Right click on the picture and left click on copy image URL.
Step 2 - click on the insert image icon
Step 3 - hit backspace key
Step 4 - click paste
Step 5 - click ok
Step 6 - submit reply

Then type
[img] paste url here [/img]
Although if the site you're copying the url from doesn't allow hotlinking, you need to use an image host, like tinypic for example.
