Escorts can't always speak freely here I think and it doesn't help that they are always being accused of touting for business by general users.

That is fair enough when it comes to clients but you can't really apply that to the escorts. Firstly it probably wouldn't be the best method of promoting their business and secondly, their business persona and private persona are two completely different personas.
There is also the anonymity that goes with the profiles on here. People can be radically different here compared to how they are in the "real" world!
