TV - Guy who dresses in ladies clothing. TS - Guy who has had surgery to make himself more feminine (breast implants, etc). Pre op means a TS still has a p*nis. As for Cork, Claudia Polansky is currently there. She has a number of positive reviews, most notably from Mr Fussy.
