'Update' has screwed with My Favourite Escorts

I just checked My Favourites, and lots of random profiles have been added and very few if any of the girls I had in there yesterday are still there!!!

Please fix this as soon as possible!

The site has 'screwed' with everyone today, you guys & escorts. I rang ei 10am this morning & was told to keep trying the site on an hourly basis, that's how little information was forwarded, even though my ad was paid for on Wednesday.

Ok, thankfully my favourite Escorts are back where they belong.

But, now there is another issue:

I tried adding a girl to my favourites, and I was redirected to a 'confirm account page' which stated I was logged in as Keith2012 (or something similar) and asked me if I wished to continue.

If this update is causing user accounts to jump to someone else, even if only for a moment, it is a serious issue.
What if I was a troll and was given access to an escorts profile or God forbid a Mod account, there could be some serious breaches of privacy, or illegal banning of accounts etc.

If more of this is what we can look forward to with this update, then I really think it is time to stop.

As has been said a few time "If it aint broke, don't fix it!"

Also, who asked for the update? I dont remember anyone calling for a completely new site.
Some tweaks to search have been asked for and would be nice, and I know some great changes were made for escorts regarding payment and tours etc, but beyond that the site is easy to use and hasn't had any major issues since I joined in 2012.

We'd all love a new car every few years, but if the old car was reliable, and the new car wont even start, and when it does goes in reverse when in 1st gear, I think we should stick with the old reliable.

I know it is annoying for me, but I imagine it is much worse for you and your fellow advertisers, as not only have you paid money for an ad that no-one is seeing, as a result of that you are getting less business

Will the girls get a refund as they did not receive what they paid for?

I can understand if it was beyond E-I's control that your advertisment was offline but in this case it was a direct consequence of what E-I were doing!

This is a joke they have the monopoly on escort adds in this country and I couldn't even get on to this site to day as I nearly always punt on a Friday and I browse early in the day to make plans wtf

Very much doubt it Petros.

I couldn't access the site until 4pm, that's 6 hours advertising lost through no fault of mine.

Unfortunately not, as we found out a few months ago after the first failed launch, in the sites Terms & Conditions, advertisers are only eligible for a refund if they lose access to their ad for more than 1/2 a month within a 1 month period, or something very similar to that , I can't remember the exact wording.

So they only get a refund if their ad is down got over 16 days

So in theory a lady could pay for a weeks advertising in advance and E-I could pull the service for that week and she is not entitled to 1 cent back
