Default World cup: disapointing so far

Is it just me or is this world cup failed to live up to expectations from being over hyped in the media.Six games in and not a decent game worth to mention.
I have lived a life of regrets.

Every team out there is playing for a draw - the usual 1-0 win is just a bonus.

its far to early to cast judgement yet...the opening games are usually shite...wait for the final group games and the second round to decide how good it is.

I have to agree...........pretty poor standard thus far. A lot has been made of the new ball and the way it travels much further at altitude. When you look at things such as frees and corners and the way kickers are not hitting their target men, it may explain the goal drought. Plus obviously everybody is concentrating on defense at the moment so as not to lose matches.

The games are pretty poor so far. It's still early yet as alot of the big teams have to play yet.

They are even worse usually. Brazil are always boring at the start. The big teams generally try to coast along and save the best fro the matches that count most.
