a good few ppl already knew his identity. As for TG itself i think nowadays it is waaay too scripted. It takes away the spontenaity (sp?) from the show which aint good.

I know the presenters can get on your tits alright but in essence I thing Top Gear as a show is quite entertaining.
It is a hit with the Beeb for sure as its worldwide audience is massive hence the huge salaries the 3 nerds draw,
Clarkson in particular.
It does put a light-hearted slant on motoring unlike most other motoring progs.
Was up wiv u Mousey, ---- ur car giving u problems , or nct n tax due is it ?

I don't watch the show. I was wondering what happens now with the stig for further series of the show. Will they get a new one? I presume they won't want Ben Collins to keep doing it seen as his identity has been revealed and he went against the BBCs wishes.

Think hes the third one they have had, the orignal black suited stig was Perry McCarthy, he got the sack and killed off in series 3 , there was a interval new white suited stig before Ben Collins got the gig till he got the sack for writing the book
