Like in the football world cup in Mexico in 1970.....was terrible for eastern european players...
Summer in South America is wet and so humid...

True Carlos but judging by the last few years the Brazilian winter is likely to be far better than an Irish summer.

By the way what a couple of sporting years lay ahead for Brazil .The World Cup in 2014, the Olympic Games in 2016.
I imagine the escort poulation in Brazil will see a huge increase in numbers.

Aaahhh Mexico 1970. I remember it well. Brazil played some of the best football ever likely to be seen. Hopefully the World Cup & Olympics in Brazil will produce some great performances.
