    Photoshop does not work on videos but there are applications that can do post video production enhancements. It is not the same as working on stills and take a lot more experience, not to mention computer power.

    I'm no expert but I'd say with the right equipment and training yes. But It's mainly done with filters to soften tones and clear blemishes and stuff. It's would be a lot more difficult to shave a few pounds off or add a few cup sizes

    Final Cut Pro can work on films/video, but you need massive amounts of computer power and hours of time.

    It depends on the camera used, there are applications that can manipulate the image in any number of ways. Photoshop can actually be used for video, if the camera used shoots raw files or cinema DNG files such as the BlackMagic, Red & Digital Bolex cameras. These cameras capture digital frames which can be imported into Camera Raw & then Photoshop. So yes, video can be Photoshopped but it takes a lot of time & effort.
