Well done to Rob Heffernan for finally getting his hands on his Olympic Bronze Medal today. The Russian dude who finished ahead of him was stripped as he was doped up to his eyeballs at the time.

I often seen him training out the straight road and id safely say if I ran alongside him I still wouldn't keep up with him.
I would think he would be doing 5 r 6 min miles which is some going, but I reckon he will have hip replacements before
he reaches 55.

too much running is lethal on your cartilage. cycling is the way to go. one could cycle 100 kms without putting force on their hips
