A 17 years old Russian guy came up with the idea of "Chat Roulette". When you visit the site your web camera is automatically turned on and you are connected to a random stranger on the Internet - so you can hear and see each other. You don't like what you see? No problem, just click Next and you are connected to the next random stranger.

Apparently a large percentage of the participants are just crazy perverts that want to show their private parts to random strangers, but then there are some truly bizarre sights to be seen as well.
