I was just wondering where the responses to emails go ? It may be that I have had no answers but I just wanted to check whether they come into my normal PM inbox or go to the email set up against my account.

As far as I know they go to your email address, as once you press send it no longer has anything to do with the website here, it is purely between you and the lady's email account.

That being said, I have heard many guys complaining in the past, that emailing this way will very rarely get a response.
So, if you have used it, the lady in question might just never write back by email.

Like H said, you'll be waiting for a response from an email. They just don't work as a reliable way of making contact.

With a smartphone you can always keep your email logged in and every time you get an email ,you will receive notifications.
I often answer emails because of that
On the other hand ,if i only log in on my computer that will be once every few months I could answer emails .

I forgot to mention, the response automatically goes to the email you setup on your board profile.
