Default Ballygobackwards, where is it ?

There's a place that I like to call Ballygobackwards.
It's kinda like the fabled Brigadoon it constantly appears out of nowhere and then slowly fades away.

Ballygobackwards though, is a place where men are stupid, don't know how to tell the time, don't keep appointments and walk around with a handful of Dingleberries in their jocks.

So where would Ballygobackwards belong geographically in Ireland ?

Indeed, I was thinking somewhere on the Cork/Kerry boarder.

A small village in the middle of nowhere where most inhabitants are farmers. Bally taken from Baile, the Irish word for town.
