Thread: Should the E-I logo only appear on verified pics???

    Default Should the E-I logo only appear on verified pics???

    I believe it's throwing off pic searches.........

    It they're not verified then why is the logo on them if E-I is not standing over them???

    Is E-I just trying to protect the pics that are being published here to stop them being stolen, copied and posted somewhere else???.......In some cases again..........

    I'm sure there's some good reason but I just don't think they should appear on unverified pics. I'm sure the logo is appearing on pics that have subsequently been shown to be fake and stolen from another site, escort, model or porn star.........

    Strangely i was thinking the same thing to today , great minds and all that . lol. In regards to searching tineye for fakes i would prefer the logo was no there (but i guess the management know that already ). I really cant understand why they put logo on the pics , as they really cant verify origin of all the pics.

    Perhaps we might not get an answer as its a techie question and they seem to ignore them lately lol.

    where's the poll? we should be voting on this

    defo agree with you Luther, if pics aren't verified then there is no need for the logo, it only makes the E-I brand look less in the eyes of the punter if they are putting their logo on obvious pornstars etc.

    LOL! Such speculation!

    The E-I logo is automatically put on the picture once they are verified to stop them being stolen. It's that simple. This is handy if an escort tries to upload a picture that has a logo already on it; it helps us to pick up on them immediately.

    thats not what I mean, Jackie. What I mean, is, in effect, the e-i logo is veryfying all pics by adding the watermark. So, if they are not veryfied by e-i they should be unwatermarked. By leaving the logo you are in effect promoting the pictures
