Thread: My scrotum is very itchy, flaky, uncomfortable; need your advice

Default My scrotum is very itchy, flaky, uncomfortable; need your advice

I've been having some discomfort lately. My scrotum feels itchy, dried out and is a bit off colour. If I give it a scratch it only makes things worse, lots of flaky skin and what not. It's an uncomfortable experience.

Has anyone experienced the same? How did you cure it?

I'm not sure if I'd feel comfortable dropping my trousers for a doctor to examine my sack. I'd like to avoid that if at all possibly and want your advice.

You're going to die. Right after your balls fall off. In about a week.

    OR

Scrotal dermatitis as it is known does cause severe itching. This could be a part of lichen simplex or a neurodermatitis. Relapse and remissions are common. While hydrocortisone creme is effective can lead to skin atrophy when used long term. Riboflavine vitamin deficiency can cause scrotal dermatitis. Fungal infections need to be treated for, if found as a cause. Simple emmolients like vaseline give excellent results after a short course of hydrocortisone creme. Do discuss with your doctor the treatment modalities.

Very interesting advice given, from rubbing motor oil on it to having it circumcised. You choose.

Let me see if I get this right, you have a problem going to a doctor who is a professional and trained to deal with these things, but prefer to air your bits on an escort forum because you are embarrassed to talk to a doctor, and expect us to solve your problem? You stupid man, get thee to the damn doctor.
Oh and from now on make sure you rinse the soap from your hair between your legs, this can cause irritation and probably contributes to this in some way or another.

Don't be so harsh Violette, you woudn't like it if your pussy was all festered and swollen. Give the man a break, somebody on the forum might identify with him and offer some help.

How on earth is it harsh to tell him to go and seek professional medical help? I think it is harsher for him to labour under the misconception and or misinformation from non-medicallly trained persons, who may give him incorrect advice that may cause even more issues. By my telling him to get his ass to the doctors is showing more concern than sending graphic pictures that when viewed in isolation can probably cause more mental anguish than the poor guys needs to be going through. Also, the second photo is one of genital warts, which has nothing to do with his dried itchy scrotum. How does this help him?
