    Smile Advice Needed

    Has anybody quit smoking recently?
I'm trying at the minute with limited success, but I really want to get off them.
    Any advice gratefully appreciated

The Alan Carr book is a god send. I would have given it to you had I known as I always carry it around with me!
Also the nocorette range is really good- from gum to patches you can find something that helps.
If everything fails try moving to Bhutan
