    Basically they have to win to have any credibility in this competetion. You have to win your home games and beat or draw withthe other teams away, except maybe Russia or you'd have to ask if they deserve to be in it.
    The problem for Ireland is that alot of the players aren't playing first team football, however, think Trap has them well set up even if it does lack flair and should be good enough to win

    Should be a win for Ireland. If they were to lose to Macedonia at home there is something seriousely wrong within the squad.

    Ireland to win 2-0 even with our depleted team and shakey backline (cant believe O Dea is in instead of Clarke)
    We have the attacking mentality to nick two goals (again cant believe Mc Carthey is on the bench)

    Went to the bookies yesterday and put a fiver on england to win 3-0 Rooney to score
    Ireland to win 2-0 and gibson to score outside the box

    8 grand if it comes off
