Personally speaking, accommodation issues are a big barrier with regards to ladies touring certain towns. I do know of some workable hotels in Kilkenny, however I'm also aware that some ladies do not feel safe working from hotels as well as clients feeling uncomfortable. So maybe this could be one of the reasons why Kilkenny has so few escorts.
