There are quite a few people who would find that quite offensive and if you were in Austria or Germany you could even spend some time as a guest of the nation for a post like that, a guy in Germany got a jail sentence for having the old national anthem ( the version used during Hitler's rule ) as a ring tone on his phone they take a very dim view of such things there.
