All profiles with verified pictures have passed through the verification process. Each escort is asked to provide ad staff with a homemade picture of themselves. This picture remains permanently on the escorts profile setup page and may be checked by staff at any time. A profile will not get the verified green tick useless staff are satisfied.

It would have been better to explain that they were two different things, being reviewed and being verified.
You also get situations where the review will say "good looking girl though not the one in the pictures" yet they will be "verified" and remain so.
