    Default Bakewell tarts...

All evening I have been salivating considering what it would be like to own
a six-pack of these. Surely Mary Harney should be concerned about this
type of preoccupation/addiction, and seek to control it? If I got some, I'd cooly walk
in home and pretend nothing in front of the neighbours. Maybe I would dose out on 3 of
them this evening leaving several there again for early 16/07/10. I could sell them/redistribute
them to teenagers that live in my estate/society at large. The posibilities/consequences are endless really.

Have you a liking for a certain cake or sweet food? Maybe you buy a Crunchie in your lunch break and get real
satisfaction eating it before going into work again? It could be a Twix/Maltesers you keep in the glovebox of your car.
What I'm saying is owning up to it tonight on E-I is the first step-were all adults here!

Another thing I was wondering is how did they get the name Bakewell tart?

There is a small town in the Peak District in the UK where they were invented - oddly enough its called Bakewell!!

Best Bakewell tart in Ireland is to be had from the garden centre cafe in Camolin on the N11 in Wexford

Im sure Benin will be along with a picture of a cat with a Bakewell tart....

    FFS, tarts are good.
Though we are not now that strength which in old days moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are; one equal temper of heroic hearts, made weak by time and fate, but strong in will to strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

Went out for a spin around-ended up scoring in a convenience store.
Mr Kiplings (the real deal-but €3.80 ffs!)

Anyhow after munching on one with some dance music in the background
two young ones (20ish) were stood near the car, smiling in at me.
I just felt all lovey dovey (life is short) I wound down the window
and handed them out-they took them-but one of them was a bit serious lookin'
    anyhow-tommorow is another day (hopefully)...
