what happened in 1912 was ignoring ice warnings in order to get across the Atlantic as fast as possible. This along with incorrect rivets which caused the sides to cave in when the ship hit the iceberg. What caused the Titanic to crash, sink and the loss of life with it was cockiness and ignorance.

some of them should have being strung up for it,
    Westside.

It is in really poor taste. I cant imagine wanting to go and recreate something like that, happy ending or not.

Loving the new avatar Dom !

There's a programme on C4 tonight at 9 , whereby parts of the Titanic are recreated . First programme covered the assembly of the ships keel , the second covered the casting of the ships anchor , tonights one recreates the meals that the crew and passengers ate i think . It also gives insight into the making of the Titanic and the workers who made it . Anyone see the first 2 episodes ?

I didn't mean that your joke was in poor taste Leigh, just that the cruise was. I am fluffy light, I promise
