Question to all.....Do you believe in one true love ?

Amy , if you quit escorting prior to finding Mr.Right do you think the loss of masculine attention/contact with punters would cause you to be more proactive in seeking such a chap , you obviously would prefer to find a guy whom was not initially a client i presume ?

Love what is love?
Love comes in different ways like a mothers love! "love for family" Love for your Lover/friend most people have either a great friendship and a shit sex life or vice versa but how to find a happy medium!!! Do you give up great friendship for exciting sex or indeed vice versa do we truly get what we need want and desire from the one person....
Or do we make choices because we want the person we are with to be the one as no one wants to be on their own anyway!!
People waste months and years eing with the one person!! only to find out there having an affair or fighting all the time only to cop on that the whole thing was a mistake.....
People grow from one another to like childhood sweethearts.... 20years gone.....

Love is something we all experience in different forms, but to find your one true soul mate... would be a miracle as we make the choice to settle for less.... instead of waiting or even taking the chance to let go from what's not right for us but we struggle on regardless....

In relation to your question would if i found my one true love.... Yes in a heart beat.....

Would love it , I adore the woman but alas although I am a solvent divorcee I feel at 52 yrs of age I am a tad aged for Amy.

The real question is does true love mean monogamy, just because you love someone with all your heart does it mean you can't find anyone else attractive..

A very true observation, but I think there is one person who puts a smile on your face, who makes the butterflies leap in your belly and who annoys you so much you want to scream (maybe because you want them to be perfect). I have been in love all the ways you have described and I have fallen out of love too, I did the honourable thing and confronted my falling out of love before I went looking for a new or fresh love. I still believe there is a soulmate out there, I think I met her but she is gone from me. I also like to believe the old phrase, "whats meant for you won't pass you by" and hope that my lost soulmate is only temporarily diverted.

Funny thing is the pain of break up is all the more intense than when I was a teenager, go figure!!!

Anon ,I reckon true love is only conditional so yes it has be one of monogamy , could you love a woman whom is unfaithful to you ?

Yes, you are correct, I would prefer to have a relationship with someone who was not my client previously.

But I am not sure what I would do if I quit before find Mr Right ... because I think I already found him, one of those "Mr Right" anyway :D It sucks at the moment to have a distance relationship but we are both grown up enough to handle it.
