A judge is only there to interpret the law;-)
Laws are enacted or repealed by the executive (mainly the Par-lay-meant) not the judiciary.
Of course someone can always petition the higher courts to see if a particular law is in line with the constitution.

It is legal at present. What is illegal is brothel keeping which means two girls working together...which is actually safer for the girls.
So a girl working alone is perfectly legal..... But dangerous and unsafe.

Otherwise, why would they report a robbery in the first place, if the courts are also going to rob and rape them.
