Patricia i am not happy that you have not resolved my complaint regarding a false review that has begun to cost me severely. I have had arguement with Sarah who was not pleasant about it.
I have sent you private mails regarding this complaint and I would appreciate a response by private mail.
Im getting fed up trying to get this sorted. I would like a response asap
