umm no, no it isnt, no more illegal than 1 escort.

But so few advertise like they used to ? I remember when two well known well reviewed escorts used to team up now and again but you don't see them as much or at all ? Maybe its not as lucrative I dunno ?

Usually no.
At worst it is one girl showing the other girl "the ropes" (at your time and expense) and at best it is usually just two girls, not hot girl-on-girl action with the two girls working together.

Occasionally, sometimes more by circumstance than by the girls actions themselves, it can be very good and live up to what you imagine it should be.

The seven deadly sins of duos. [Feel free to add your own]

1. The “guest cameo appearance”. One girl (or girls) appears for a few minutes, and then goes away.
2. Girls talking among themselves in a language not understood by the client.
3. Playing game on mobile phone to pass time. (Bad)
4. One girl doing nothing, just hanging around looking bored. (Not as bad, but not good)
5. Two girls in a multi-girl experience really getting it on, (so far, so good) and then leaving to complete the action (or leaving for some reason) elsewhere.
6. No girl-on girl-action or the two girls don’t work together.
7. One girl appears to be “an apprentice” and is not really taking part, but is being taught her trade by the other girl, at the client’s time and expense.

My last duo was amazing and disappointing at the same time. Two girls worked like a tornado ravishing me, but completely ignored each other. Whole appointment including everyone showering before and after, took 15 minutes. A totally amazing experience but I've only visited them individually since as I don't have 200e to spend on 15 minute experiences every day.

As you say, not many duos advertising. But that doesn't mean that they aren't out there. Sometimes you might notice that 2 ladies tend to tour together, sometimes it might be coincidence, sometimes its the same lady with more than one profile, but sometimes they're sharing accommodation and might even be lovers.
If you think a escort is sharing, don't be afraid to ask if you can meet the other lady, and if you like her, you can ask if there's any possibility of a bit of 2 girl action. I prefer this to advertising duos as it can be a bit of a novelty for the ladies as they aren't doing duos all the time. But be warned, just because 2 ladies are sharing doesn't mean that they are willing to jump into the same bed, I've had more no's than yes's, But I can dream, and sometimes its just nice to have met the girl that's listening, while your giving her flatmate a good seeing to.
