Damn traveller *** deleted ***

Will someone tell me if there is a law against those *** deleted *** racing there horse and traps things on the public highway and shiting all over the road( the horses i mean i think)

As far as I know, horses still have right of way on the normal highway, but not Motorways.
It's because of some ancient law that was never updated.

Yep they do and not only that but a person can bring a horse into a city and tie it up and go shopping.
