Need help! iPhone Problems.

I was using my phone as normal and then out of nowhere it froze and went black. It happened before and I used my Sleep & Home button but since then my Home button is broken and I've been using assistive touch.

Can anyone help? It's insanely important.

try turning phone on and off silent mode 3 times by flicking switch on the side and then press home and power button together.

Just power it off leave it for a few minutes and then power back up.
If that doe,s not work then do what doc said

If you have IOS 8 or above you need to follow these steps.

1: Connect your phone to laptop/computer.

2: Open itunes

3: Boil the kettle

4: Acquire 3 x Raw chicken fillets

5: Chop fillets into 4 even pieces

6: Put fillets in kettle & reboil, then stir

7: Pour contents of Kettle into a basin.

8: Insert laptop/computer & phone into basin (ensure phone is fully submerged)
& leave to ferment for 3 hours.

9: remove phone and turn on.

10: Do not do this as I made it all up.

11: Repeat if required
