Hey Dev team, sort this out! Pm punters when ladies are back and in their area

Inspired by the Melek is back thread
How about a system where we can subscribe to a ladies profile, and the system mails us when

a/ she's back advertising
b/ she's back advertising and in a place we select, like Dublin

perhaps using the favourites section?

couldn't be that hard surely!
