This could also be due to your browser cache. Go to the page and try reloading it.
I had this once, was reporting a thumbnail for being fake and they were saying that it had no resemblance with the one I thought was the original. I went back to the page and it was still there. Reloaded the page and suddenly a new thumbnail appeared.
