Mostly factual, the andropause is well recognised by medics, the effects of testosterone are still being discovered.

Male HRT is quite popular now, but abuse of testosterone or its synthetic analogues, and excess supplementation by over zealous bobybuilders can lead to testicular atrophy, (shrinking of the testicles) and azoospermia (shooting blanks).
