Whats the difference between a voyeur and a peeping tom?.I was frustrated hitting the wall fingers poised over the keyboard ..nothing ..my eyes caught movement..now I live in an apt block sharing a courtyard and right across from me I saw a movement ,,focused.it was a wonerful ass in lovely lace knickers high riders you know the sort,showing the side view of the firm fit curvature of the bum,moving up and down.She was putting something into a high drawer over a closet,up and down this wonderful ass went.My God she is hot,so my question is I saw her by accident she showed me her ass,i wasnt ready for that beautiful display,but if I wait for it am I a voyeur or a peeping tom ?

a voyeur has a fetish to watch but not touch, if this gets out of hand it becomes sexual deviency i.e. peeping tom
Some voyeur clubs in Ireland and some use escorts so they are safe and have control over it.
