So we have four options
Option A
we build cheap prisons kinda like WW2 POW camps or else
Option B
we need alternative punishments
Captial punishment
fines
Public humliation ( on web and street)
Stripping of assets
Denial of benefits.
etc
Option c
option A and B
Option D
carry on
Anyone got any more ideas for Option B?
